WHAT TO DO IF THE STATUS OF MY ORDER IS STILL "TREATMENT IN PROGRESS"?

The "In Process" status, as its name indicates, means that we are
preparing your order.

 

Once the order has been sent, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link (if it was sent with a traceable service).

Attention, in cases of increased activitiy, it is possible that this status may take longer than usual. However, we do our best to ensure that your orders arrive on time, which is why the estimated delivery date in the order confirmation e-mail takes into account the necessary preparation time. It is also possible to receive this order in several packages (several items purchased) if the stock at the time of the order has not been updated.

  

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

 

Once confirmed, we can not change your order if it is a change in size, color, address or even the payment method ... However, you will have a few minutes after confirmation to cancel.
Standard Delivery: 60 minutes after order confirmation. When you place an order with Combi Combo, your account is debited only after your order has been confirmed and sent to our warehouse, but your bank may deduct the amount of your order as soon as you confirm. If you cancel your order, we do not charge your account but your bank or issuer of your card may take up to 10 business days to return the funds.

However, we work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. Combi Combo cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen package due to specific delivery instructions given to the carrier.
